Dr. Tamika Jaswani earned her medical degree from the University of The West Indies. She went on to complete her Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship at Carilion Clinic–Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine in Roanoke, Virginia.

With over 20 years of experience in patient care, Dr. Jaswani is double board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

She specializes in treating adults 18 and older, addressing a broad range of gastrointestinal conditions. She performs diagnostic and preventive procedures, including upper endoscopies and colonoscopies, with a focus on precision and patient comfort.

Her mission is to create a patient experience built on trust, clarity, and collaboration. Taking the time to understand her patients has always been at the forefront of her practice. Dr. Jaswani believes that every patient deserves time, attention, and education to feel supported in their care.

Outside of the clinic, you may find her at the gym, on the sideline of a soccer field or basketball court in full-on sport mom mode, cooking up healthy food options, and loving on her family and friends. She is deeply engrained in her community and takes every opportunity to be part of local events and initiatives.
