Office Policies
Appointment No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
At The GI Center, we are committed to providing timely, high-quality care to all of our patients.
In order to respect the time of both our provider and other patients, we enforce our office policy:
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment or cancellation on the same day, will result in a
$50 no-show/late cancellation fee charged to your account.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to another patient in need of care.
Repeated missed appointments may result in limitations on future scheduling.
Failure to arrive within the required 15–30 minutes prior to your appointment for paperwork may result in a delay in starting your appointment. Our office will not delay the appointment of patients scheduled after you if they have arrived on time.
This may result in you being seen after all on-time patients have been seen, or you may be asked to reschedule.
By scheduling an appointment with our office, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. If you have any questions or need assistance rescheduling, please contact our office.
Thank you for your understanding and partnering with us to create an elevated patient experience.
